duotone’s Pete Nashel composed the music for Life On Mars, his second critically acclaimed ABC show. Adapted from the BBC series of the same name, Life On Mars is the story of NYC homicide detective Sam Tyler who is transported from 2008 to 1973 after being hit by a car. The detective finds himself stuck in the past, unable to return to the present, and becomes increasingly unsure of the reality he now faces.

The show ran from the fall of 2008 to the spring of 2009, and will be available on DVD September 29, 2009.

In February duotone completed the second season of original music for ABC’s “Dirty Sexy Money.” The critically acclaimed show featured two seasons of drama surrounding an absurdly wealthy New York City family. Final episodes of the show are airing now through August 8, 2009.
